hi I am a female, got 25mg caps of avanar... I read females should only take 10mg a day (this is my first cycle)... can I break open the caps and just, like, sprinkle half of the insides on my tongue so I am only taking half the dose? I don't want to take the full 25mg bc I don't want sides and im not looking to get really muscular. I just want to lower body fat and maintain weight. or should I take 25mg every OTHER day? ( I heard no bc the half life is short)
Yes. Better off getting a mg scale and dose your splits accurately. I'd split those into fourths (not halves) and mix it into a tablespoon full of some drink, otherwise it will taste like crap.

thanks guys!! I am in the southern states.. I moved here from the north, my source is up north. I am afraid to get stuff from here bc it's so close to Mexico and I'm worried it would be bad quality? or would it be better?? Anyway... my bf would be happy but he said he'd rather inject... anyway everyone is so nice on here giving advice and stuff!! Most trainers at the gym are asses lol-- they don't want to help you!
Every other day is a bad idea. You want stable blood levels. The half life is short with var. I would just try to split evenly and into fourths if you can, dosing 5-7mg a.m. And 5-7 mg p.m..
