Unless it's painful and throbbing I don't touch it. Squeezing them all the time will cause hyperpigmentation. Find a treatment that prevents them.

Lol yeh but is steroid induced acne/white heads

Hence posted here. They dont bother me tbh. Not like masive ones n the missus seems to enjoy grooming me haha. Just wondered without treatment if they should be gotten rid of or left alone. Do u risk them getting big enough to scar or gently release em.while theyre small.

What would u recommend iw cheapest easiest form of relief and what sides could u expect to get fromthat?, if like me u dont think itstoooooo much of a problem just not treat?, welcome any opinions ;-)

We use an awesome topical wash and I rarely even get a pimple now.
If you pick at them they may scar. Try preventing them if you can.

Haha this the second time you've mentioned a product and not told us!!! Tell us!!!

I squeeze them when they are white heads because that is just gross especially when it is on your face. Good advice in here about tanning and exfoliating the dead skin cells. I also use Tend Skin on my shoulders and this has dried out the acne and made them disappear. Very happy about it.

Try Panoxyl 12% , this is sold over the counter at Walgreens, used to be by prescription but now is available over the counter ....it's a benzoyl peroxide body wash, works very well for me.
