Hey,
I am 34 years old and male. I followed starting strength for 6 months then moved over to that crossfit then crossfit football. I follow the paleo diet and do not have cheat days. I have been at it for over 2 years.
Stats:
6'1
200lbs
Bench:225
Squat:325
Deadlift:375
Gains in strength and size have stopped. I am looking to gain 10-15lbs of muscle and keep it. I don't want to get monster size just a little bigger than I am.
What would be the best way to get there and keep it?
