Is there a way to factor a muscular body frame to the BMI chart? It seems to be way off for me.
Why use BMI at all? It's a very poor and inexact measure of body composition.Quote:

I use it for comparing physiques of different heights. Other than that, it's worthless for bodybuilders imo
