    New here first cycle

Hi, so this is my first cycle and I don't really know very much other then what I have been reading on this forum.

I'm going to be doing the intermediate cycle witch is on this site and others.

    -600mg testoviron C / week
    -400mg deca -durabolin /week
    -50mg/day dianabol
    -05mg / eod arimidex

like I said this is my first time so not sure what to expect. Now I bought this from a site online so we will see how this goes. Now just for the post cycle that site say they don't offer anything for post cycle but they did recommend HGC and Clomid. Does this sound right? and I guess the next question is where to buy that?

I should also say that I'm looking to get size quick. I could also use something to cut fat.

    Thanks

Welcome. Your profile is not showing any stats, so we need stats before we can advise.

Height, weight, body fat percentage, training experience?

Body fat needs to come down so that you don't set yourself up for problems and disappointment. First thing is to get it measured, you need to know what your BF % is. Cycling with high body fat will result in amplified side effects and estrogen control will not be an easy task.

I suggest you hold off on this cycle, and hit the nutrition forum. Let the pro's there critique your current diet and help you shed that excess fat so that you can have a successful first cycle. Honestly, cycling now, you will not see any changes. Waste of time and money.

A year at the gym is very entry level, you probably haven't developed enough strength and structure to cycle safely and avoid injury.

    Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the advice, I did work out for three years then off for two years and now back into for a year. as far as strength goes, I don't think Im doing too bad so far, I do 5 sets of 10 with 110lbs dumbbells, bench pressing 200lbs as many sets of 10 as I can usually 6-7 sets, shrugs with 80lbs. The strength is building nicely. I know I could loose 15-20 lbs. So I wouldn't see any gain in strength or recoup time?

You'll gain strength for sure. But you won't see much, if anything in the mirror. Unless you have experience with estrogen control and plan on getting bloodwork before and during cycle, you'll probably run into major issues. AAS don't work without food. You have to eat right for them to work. But at high body fat, the only right thing to do is increase cardio and go into a calorie deficit that is lower than your daily energy expenditure, until you reach a reasonable BF %.

I didnt say you had problems like that. I said you could develop those issues if you cycle at your extremely high BF % should you not be able to control estrogen. Arimidex works, but again, it's not going to be easy to manage at your BF%. Its a guessing game unless you plan on getting bloodwork frequently. No one can tell you how much Arimidex to use. No one knows. You need bloodwork, trial and error. Just unsafe to do right now. Besides, you're not going to see any results in the mirror.

Be smart. Surely you've developed some patience by age 44.

So here are mine stats. I am currently 26 and half years old 5'8 weight about 168 now. 14-13% bf
Now I got a 10 week cycle in hand of test e that I will try later on when I get everything straight out and after my cut cycle.
Now I will be doing 250mg every 3 days so a total of 500mg a week with an a.i in hand arimidex . I have nolva and clomid for my pct. Nutrition is good and I know what works for me and what doesn't.
Is everything looking good so far? Keep in mind im not trying to start this cycle at least 2 months from now.

    How was your bf measured?

Recommend .25mg adex EOD, not "on hand".

    HCG ?

What is planned caloric intake daily?

    Yea .25 every other day

3000/3500 I need alot of food. I have only been on a cutting cycle for 4 weeks and already lost 7 pounds in a 2000 calorie diet.

Just through a priori deduction a "first cycle" isnt an "intermediate cycle". Stacking is not for beginners. Why? Because you cant tell what works best for your body when you introduce multiple variables at once. Do you even need arimidex ? Probably not but you dont know either way yet. Try test only. Take notes and build from there.

OP I would listen to Austinite. He has given you some really good advice. Your first cycle should be about gaining as much size as you can. Its best to do that with a Test only cycle as Powerliftmike suggested. You already got the testovirions so no worries. Save the deca /dbol for your second cycle. Test/deca/dbol is a classic mass builder.

At the moment your BF is way to high. You need to focus on cutting not bulking. Now that doesn't mean do a cutting cycle. That means get strict on your diet, do fasted morning cardio, some HIIT on off days, hit the gym later in the day to train. Figure out your maintance caloric intake and drop it by 500 cals/day. That mixed with cardio/training should allow you to drop 2lbs/week. Once you get lean, your body will be primed to put on mass.
