    Advice please

    Hi All,

    Im 33yo
    6'4''
    15% BF
    110kg

    I am almost finished a 10wk cycle of Test e x 500mg per wk + 250mg deca , im very happy with my gains

    I want to run a good cutting cycle once finished, the only problem is that I suffer with hypothyroidism and Im on a combo of T4 and T3 for the past 10 years,

    What is the best option for me on a cutting cycle keeping in mind I cant mess about with my thryoid function

    cutting is determined by nutrition. Are you planning to take proper time off in between cycles?

    A clean diet, cardio, and test and eq(tren if you want hardcore)

    Jim, how long should I leave post cycle to start cutting ?

    Alinshop, My diet is clean and i will be increasing cardio, Tren is not an option as it reduces thryoid function, what kind of test and what is ''EQ''

    Your body needs time to recover. Time on + Pct = Time off as a general rule. So if you ran a 12 week cycle plus a 4 week pct you need at least 16 weeks off to let your body recover.
