It can be experienced with any injectable AAS although it does personally seem more frequent and severe with TrenQuote:

Happens with primo quite often for me....more than tren actually.
I get mild flu like symptoms that last about 10 days every time I start a cycle. I didn't notice anything different about tren but it was e, not a.
Tren always smashes me but have had coughing fits from test. Only when I inject delts tho, never anywhere else

It's happened to me with tes, deca, tren, any of them, any combo of them. Only when I nik blood vein and not every time then. But with tren it's a deeper heavier cough.
I've had it several times with test. The test undecanoate I take for trt has a distinct strong smell and when I get the cough I can taste it. Hate that..
I believe that reaction has to do with the amount of BA that is used in manufacturing their gear. Ive had it happen quite few times. Nothing like tren cough though.
I did not need this reminder this close to my next tren cycle... :/ worst feeling ever.. Nice very slow injections, however I have had this with prop/winny injections too.
I've only had a very mild cough with tren twice.

Twice with trenA, never trenE. One time coughing was so severe I got lightheaded and had to sit down immediately.
Never got the cough. Never believed it had anything to do with tren. Poor injection technique most likely.
On my first Tren E cycle and haven't had a cough yet....
I've had the tren cough while injecting glutes too. It always starts out as a quickening heart rate, then a more painful or burning injection than usual, then nausea. At that point I know what's going to happen so I stop injecting and just try and make it to the bed until it passes. I don't understand how some people say they just keep injecting through the cough.
I guess it's just one of those things that happens and we can't always prevent it. It's not easy to tell you've nicked a vein. Of course I aspirate; it's not like I'm drawing up a cc of blood and saying, oh well, I will shoot it anyway...

I remember feeling really sick and like I would pass out after a shot of sust. This was in amps and I was doing only delt shots, but never had a problem with the others. Maybe something was wrong with that one amp.
The same thing happened after a shot of cyp a few years later, but I think it was because I let someone else inject me. I gave him a butt shot because he needed help, then he offered to shoot me in the delt and I just said ok. So maybe he did it wrong, but I think I just wasn't comfortable letting someone shoot me.
Same thing happens to me as tectime. Only if I knick a vein. But with many compounds.
Never got the cough but have had the nausea and light headed like you're going to pass out feeling several times. Only with tren though. I just pull the pin out and go lay on the bed. When the feeling passes pin what's left in the syringe in another spot.
The worst time I ever had it happen with with simple test-e, an amp of Testoviron. I couldn't stop coughing. It actually had me so concerned I pulled out my phone and dialed 911, lol! Never hit send but it was that violent and it made the whole back of my head tingle and ache. Anyway, lasted about ten minutes but seemed like hours at the time. Never had it happen like that before or since.
I have never experienced the "cough" until last night. I thought everyone over exaggerated it. Turns out, no they didn't.
I've done tren, test e, test c, mast, deca...and so on and never once had any problem except for maybe a tiny bit of blood from my glute, thighs shoulders all good. Last night I injected test e and deca and as I was slowly injecting I had a weird feeling start to form. Then I could feel a coughing fit coming. I stopped halfway through my shot (thank god) as soon as I pulled it out blood flowed like a river then I was on the bathroom floor coughing and gasping for air. Lasted a few mins (felt like 15mins and thought, this could be it) then I went and laid down for about 20 mins with an aching chest and throbbing pain in the back of my head. I then went back and pinned the other glute with the remaining left in the plunger, can't waste it lol
Still feel like shit today, told everyone it's just asthma lol
Current to date I have never experienced cough from any ASS other than TREN
I get the cough from Tren, and its bad, also have gotten it with deca a few times. It for sure is not fun when it happens, I just try to take small breaths as its starting and not gasp for air. The first time it happened I started to panic which only made it worse. After that, I now keep as calm as possible and try to continue to take very short, quick breaths until it subsides, I also "walk it off" instead of sitting or lying down, I think it keeps me more calm as well...
I've gotten it with tren but the worst I've ever had it was from EQ.
I ran EQ at a high dose for a long period to make a final decision on whether it sucks ass or not (it does) - I was doing a shot in the glute and my tongue started tingling. It felt like alcohol was seeping out of my tongue.... Then it started to sting and my chest got heavy. It started to get hard to breathe and then the coughing started.
IMO it can happen with any compound. It's just a matter of where you inject in relation to a vein/vessel.
