    Cycle advice please

    Hi every one I would like some advice on a cycle i would like to run in the next few weeks

    I have researched a lot online and this is what
    I've come up with. Please let me know what you think




    Wk 1-12 2ml test per wk ( mon and thurs 1 ml each )

    Wk 1-4 20mg dbol per day

    Week 4-12 1 ml deca per week ( mon thurs 1/2 mil each )

    Week 14-17 20 mg nolva per day + 50 mg clomid per day


    STATS:-

    I'm 24. 5ft 9. 80 kg Around 14% body fat and I have done a cycle before a year ago

    A ml tells us nothing what is it dosed at and your stats are light.

    Test 500mg per week

    Deca 250 mg per week

    I dnt know what you mean about my stats by there light. They are what they are.

    Your a 175lbs and 14% body fat says you don't have much of a base to work off.
    But won't argue with you over it.
    Nutrition section would be a better idea. That's unless you have a photo to prove otherwise.

    Here's a pic of me taken a few minuets ago

    I have a good clean diet consisting phd pharma whey, grenade per work out glutamine tabs and multi vits. I eat my 5 a day. I have oats or eggs for breakfast lean meats and veg and complex carbs for lunch and dinner

    I take on 1600 kn calories per day and what ever I burn in the gym I replace with more to keep it at 1600. As I'm trying to she'd some weight so when I cycle it will be a clean bulk.

    Also I train 6 days a week. Around 70 mins per day on the weights

    And 30-60 mins per day cv

    I think you need to hit the nutrition section. 14% you are not even if the lighting is poor. From what I can see you are closer to 18%.

    Fair comment I did my body % around 6 months ago. I don't have any calipers to measure but assumed I was around the same

    Do you think I shouldn't cycle at 18%

    18% is too high. Get it down to 12% or lower.

    Most on here say you should be no more than 15%. Personally I would aim for 12%, that isn't difficult to obtain and then you can make full use of your cycle whether you cut or bulk.

    When you are 15% or less you can re-evaluate based on your new stats but I'd leave deca alone for now.

    I'm not sure I understand exactly what your calorie intake is now but start a thread in the nutrition section and you can fine tune your plan to reach your goal.

    I keep my calories at 1600 per day
    I count my calories I eat and the ones I burn at the gym

    So I can keep it at 1600 per day. If for example I burn 500 on the cross trainer. Instead of 1600 ill east 2100

    Lower the better but 15 should be I IMO the lower you get the less estrogen your body will produce it varies from person to person.

    If you have spent any time here test only is a good first cycle. But from your picture you are lacking a solid base to build on. Your diet is lacking and holding you back from achieving this foundation.
    I personally feel that you should wait till your bodyfat is down and your weight is up another 20 lbs. then when you do cycle those gains till be yours to keep. Currently I doubt you will keep any gains from what you proposed.

    The easiest way to get advice is to post a full and complete cycle for critique, you will get much more indepth answers. Right now you're only getting one-word-answers and it's not going to help your knowledge base. You can do what you want, doesn't matter to me, I'm just trying to show you what it takes to really educate yourself vs. doing something "just because".

    I shall wait and get down in my body fat and build some more lean mass naturally if I can

    Then in Mabey 6 weeks. Re-evaluate

    I don't know what you mean by full and complete

    I have put my height +weight. A picture and my calorie intake

    IF YOU CAN this is your biggest mistake never say if leave it out of your vocabulary it will help. Besides you easily can IMO doesn't look like you workout from the pic that can be accomplished by just living not being mean just how it is my friend juice won't get you ripped if you don't know how to do it naturally it won't teach you how to workout and eat that's up to you.

    Hey, I'll jump in and try. IMOP is in my opinion. Now What you need to do is stop. You ask for advice. Stop all cycle plans for now. Read on here. Scan around and listen for a while and get to know what everyone is saying. Catch some of the abbreviated terms and look them up. This is not a school. As you LISTEN and READ you will learn and understand why we advise AI etc. Instead of us spoon feeding you instructions you will know what does what and what happens and the ramifications. More about what the body does.
    Stats:
    Things like how long lifting inconsistent and consistent. Your goals etc..
    You don't look ready, you don't I'm sorry and you should get that. Look at the sticky's on here and look at beginner's cycles. Loose the arrogant attitude. ....crazy mike
