Question new to the world need advice!!!!

Hey everyone, ive been training now for about 3 years. in the beginning i was 265 and dropped myself down to about 200lbs thn started to see some natural gains. At this point three years later after some ups and downs with my gym routine i am now currently at:

    im 6 foot
212 lbs- mostly muscle, no clue what my bf% is but couldn't be to far up in the teens.
    im 27 yrs old
eat as much protein as needed to continue to build. basically i am working hard and i want to start my first cycle to get that look i "really" want. I still have the little unattractive bits of fat here and there that i just cant seem to rid of, in turn not satisfied completely. So i guess you could say i am not really looking for monstr gains or anything... would be nice to maintain a lean body and weigh in around 215-220ish. So any advice for a first timer let me know..

I have a few buddies here doing cycles so i know i can get legit product.. i have put some research into test prop and cyp and any advice on those tow would be great.. but i wouldnt mind doing an oral and or cutter in there to try and maintain more of my strength and gains.

so if anyone has any advice as to what my best options are would be more than appreciated!!!

    thanks a ton in advance

    Kyle

Welcome and congrats on the weight loss!

Best advice I could give you is to research Testosterone , as it should be the only compound in your first cycle. Meanwhile, although you've done great in the fat loss department, I urge you to allow our pro's in the nutrition section critique your diet, as they can help you maximize your results and help you rid yourself of those "bits of fat" that you described.

For cycle critique, it's best to propose a full and complete cycle, including compounds, length of cycle, pct protocol, estrogen management, etc...

    Best of luck.
