First Cycle: Dbol + Test E

Firstly, I would like to say I am due to start this cycle as I turn 21. Yes, I know that is young but I have trained for 5 years and breaking into the bodybuilding/fitness modelling world and need that boost. I know how to train and diet, I need help with AAS however.

Attached picture to show. Unfortunately I cannot post URLs, but copy and paste to see if you like.

Below follows my cycle. I would like critique on it if necessary. Was kind of looking for an alternative to d-bol as I don't want the water retention, but it is a first cycle and I know d-bol is recommended. Appreciate that a lot of guys like to run test only, however would rather kick start with the d-bol.

My question is if I should add nolva alongside the L-dex. Is it neccessary, or will this just inhibit possible gains?

    TEST/DBOL

    On Cycle:

    1-6 Dbol 30mg/day
    1-10 Test E 500mg/week
    1-16 L-dex 0.25mg/day

    PCT:
Keep running the L-dex as written above whilst taking the 2 week clear out and then..

    Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolva 20/20/20/20

    Thank you

5'10, 165lbs and 6% or so. See pics. I've been as heavy as almost 200lbs but cut down.

    Dont need to see pics...

Are you aware of what you're considering in regards to your endocrine system? You're looking at serious damage here.

    Aware.

Thanks for the concern, honestly, but I have been planning getting on since 18. The guys I am competing with are all on and at the end of the day unfortunately I am putting that before my endocrine system

Cycle looks like crap. But I'm going to let others chime in, I can't recommend cycling for you. You've been a hard worker and from your stats, seems you've done a great job so far. Not sure why you won't just continue to do what you do best without the risks.

    Either way, good luck.

LOL. Well that is why I am here. I have strong knowledge when it comes to natural training/dieting, but I am missing the AAS knowledge part.

    Thank you anyway!

Props for trying buddy. Not everyone can be talked down from the ledge. Hate to see these guys taking risks like this prematurely.

    Scott,

Would you be willing to post your actual nutrition from yesterday and today so we can see how fine tuned your nutrition is? Some members may offer input on your cycle if your nutrition really is optimal.

Muscle Ink, currently I am reverse dieting post show so my carbs are increasing 20g every week and fats 5g every 3 weeks until I start to gain weight and whilst I do this reducing cardio.

2 days ago I hit 220/250/60 and I am still losing.

I am using if it fits your macros protocol - eating clean is fcking BS in regards to body comp. I am not referring to health.

I actually had a refeed day yesterday which was much needed at 165/450/50
