    First Cycle: Test Enanthate & Dbol

    First of all. Hello all.
    My first cycle will be:

    Testosterone Enanthate 600mg (300mg twice a week)
    Dianabol 30mg (everyday)

    Draw with: 21g needle
    Pin with: 23g needle
    HCG with: insulin needle?

    Week 1-12: Test E
    Week 1-4: Dbol
    Arimidex 0.5mg EOD (depending on gyno)
    1000iu HCG each week throughout

    - 2 weeks after last pin -
    Clomid 100mg for 2 weeks followed by 50mg 2 weeks
    Nolva 20mg for 4 weeks

    Stats:
    22 years old
    Edit: 5"11
    170lbs
    15.2% BF
    Full body strength workout for 1 year incorporating 5 main lifts.
    Now doing split routine 5 day split

    Current personal bests:
    BP: 92.5kg 1RM, 80kg 5 reps, 75kg for complete sets
    Squat: 150kg 1RM, 130kg 5 reps, 110kg for complete sets
    Bbell Row: 85kg 1RM, 75kg 5 reps, 70kg for complete sets
    LatPulldown: 75kg 1RM, 70kg 5 reps, 66kg for complete sets

    Diet now:
    2700-3000cal
    250-350g carbs
    170-220g protein
    50-90g fat

    White rice, basmati rice, wholemeal spaghetti, chicken breast, turkey breast, mixed vegetables is all I pretty much eat.

    Intended diet:
    3000-4000cal
    300-400g carb
    300g protein
    70-10g fat

    My questions:
    1) Heard mixed reviews about twice weekly pins of test.
    Is it better to pin twice weekly or go for once weekly at 600mg?

    2) HCG dose too high? 500iu okay and maybe raise to 1000iu if shrinkage?

    3) How many pins in my glutes before next muscle? Seeing as glutes are easiest pin point. What's next?

    4) Does HCG have to be subq or can be IM? Insulin pin needed in both situations or IM need 23gauge same as oil based?

    5) How many lb/kg am I expected to keep?

    6) Are the effects of gyno and ball shrinkage noticeable? Really noticeable? Any personal experiences?

    7) Clomid/Nolva doses too high?
