G.P concernred about my blood pressure
Blood pressure is usually really good, thought i would have it checked out today due to having some headaches which i never have and my bp turned out to be 154/78...they told me they want to keep check of it every 2 weeks and go from there. Are these readings anything to be worried about, according to them it's high but especially for my age

The 150 # is up there and 78 is good.
Be sure to get lots of fluids limit sodium intake and some good solid cardio 3x a week.
You need to watch this are you currently running a cycle?

when I was a paramedic the normal BP was 120/80 but new guide lines consider that reading pre-hypertension. I recently was put on BP meds. I didnt even know I had High BP until i went in for my annual check up. I thought perhaps it was being on trt and blood was thick. I stopped all gear for a month and it was still reading high. 148/95 consistently. My resting heartrate is 56. O2 sat 99%. Im 5.9 160lbs pretty lean. So I am in shape so genetics is screwing me. I tried Herbal method but only came down a few points.
Get on a BP med is you can and take care of your health.

you need more than one high reading to consider yourself truly hypertensive. thats why your doc wants to check again in 2 wks. in the meantime, watch your diet and do more LISS cardio if you can.

Had my b.p checked again today on 2 occasions and the first come back 156/70 and the second 147/72...got it checked as i was feeling pressure in my head and my vision wern't quiet right. After they checked it they done a ecg that came back fine, oxygen levels ect. still have to go back next week to have it checked again but they said in the hospital everything seems fine besides its slightly high
