    8 months later...pics before and after....

    What do you guys think by BF is currently? Don't know if this is in the right place.....thanks in advance.     You are a prime example of abs on a relatively high bf% .... good work bro!

    I might even go as high as 16 just due to your genetics dont let the abs fool ya. 15 is a pretty safe bet!

    either way good improvement!

    I agree..it's deceptive due to the great ab definition even though there is still noticeable belly fat. Nice traps and some solid muscle as well. Damn genetics.

    I appreciate the compliments and critique. I think you guys are dead on with the body fat. I have some stubborn chest fat and lower belly fat, but it 's coming off slowly but surely. I'm starting to see a lot of veins in my arms and even some in my shoulders/legs. My original goal was to be 12% and to be the second best CrossFitter in our gym (behind a 21 year old who could compete regionally). I've made that goal at 38 years old and two years removed from being 288 lbs at 5'9". Again, thanks for all the help.
