Hormone for controlling appetite (during sleep)?

Is there anything out there that helps control your appetite. I mean I know there is, but I mean something that really works. My problem is that late at night I get hungry or when I am trying to cut up. I will wake up in the middle of the night craving sugars. Even though I am putting nothing, but complex carbohydrates in my body all day long. I have tried everything from eating grilled chicken before sleeping, lots of milk, cottage cheese, and etc. But I always wake up craving something sweet. Usually I will eat some Ezekiel break, but it's like I am up 2-3 times a night eating Ezekiel bread... Sometimes I will consume more then half my calories waking up during the night (depending on how hard I been training).

I wasn't sure if there was something I could take. That would help with my sugar levels while I am asleep, but not convert into fat or whatever...

Try whole milk, craving sugar at night is a sign of not enough fat in the diet.

Or for something healthier, try the slimfast shakes ( i get the equate version, much cheaper.. the choc milk ones)

also, get a glucose blood meter and check your levels during the day and at night when you wake up craving sugar. That will help get a better measure of why this is occuring.

Yea I have done all that, tried fats. I even do butter with bread. I tried peanut butter. However I still wake up craving more. Thing is I can go all day long perfectly fine, maintaining a clean diet. Then in middle of night it's like BAM I just do not care and will rush to the kitchen.

You might just want to go back to sleep.
