Injection of 1.25 mg yesterday of prop into right thigh.. Sanitized top of vial let dry, syringe in pulled 1.25, syringe out, switched needles, sanitized thigh, let dry, injected slowly, aspirated bubbles no blood, injected slowly, pulled out slow, sanitized thigh with new wipe, covered area massaged as normal, PIP so bad today can barely walk, can't really bend right leg because thigh hurts so bad. Tried hot compress but nothing. Ideas?

As normal as it was for me. I pinned each thigh once, never again. Glutes and delts all the way.

Yeah glutes is my normal spot. But EOD was to point where I didn't wanna do it there so thigh.. And now saying f*** you thighs

Lmfao. Fair play. I learned my lesson doing one leg.
Probably even more stupid doing a leg workout straight after. Felt fine till next day. Godamn felt like id henn kicked by a horse.

Im just glutes. But. Now the pain memory has subsided im thinking more of legs again. Hows delts?, similar to glutes?, kinda awkward tho.huh?

I did my first thigh an hour after a leg workout so I figured I'd do the other Several days after, didn't make a difference!

Delts are actually easier to hit than my left glute at least. I favour them over glutes but yes, multiple sites are required for rotation on short esters.

I pinned yesterday about 1 pm felt fine.. Woke up today at 7 am and have been walking stiff legged because so bad.. Knee is starting to hurt now because I can't bend it.

The first time I injected, for the whole duration of the cycle, I used to get pretty bad PIP after every single injection in my glutes. I couldn't keep a steady hand at all, and every time I pulled the needle out, there was blood due to the needle moving too much.

I lie down for glutes so totallt relaxed. Movin a needle arounds not a good idea. Micro tears. Nick vessel or god forbid a nerve. Pfft. You defo need steady.hand. do it right. N try not to tnink aboutif its gunna hurt or not. Just nice n smooth.

Btw if ur leg hurts. And as much as itll hurt more at first. You NEED to move it. Use it n masage it. Loads n loads. Itll gove u morw relief in the long run

Each time I injected, it was done standing up. I'll try laying down next cycle, that's good advice.

No probs. N dont pull out like straightaway. Wait ten secs for dissapation. Pull out. Massage the area.for at the very least.a few.minutes. again. To help the spread through muscle.tissue. i always apply.immediate.pressure to the point of injection with my thumb(of course i use medi gel to danitize hands and area before n bit right at the end), after the point pressure for as long as it takes to cap my pin.ill then.massage still with.thumb in circular motion at same.area. feel it just pushes thesolution out and away from the inj point.

Well, the first time I injected I was really nervous about potentially injecting into a vein, even though I was aspirating the needle... I couldn't keep my hands from shaking. All in all, everything went smoothly, the PIPs were just a pain in the ass.

Quad pip gets better over time. I swore I'd never do it again after my 1st one. Couldn't walk for almost a week. Now its no more than any other spot.

Tell you what, this was my first! And I think my last... If I has to choose between thighs again or pinning a vein, I choose vein haha!!! I walked like a retard all day, couldn't hide it at all... Couldn't bend at knee cause stretched thigh.. Feels like someone hit me in my thigh with a freight train!!!

What gauge and length did you use on thigh first time?

First time with prop in virgin muscle will tickle a bit. All you can do is suck it up. After the first 3 or 4 quad pins it gets less painful. By the end of the cycle you should be fine. I was pinning 250mg per ml Prop into my quads last cycle with little to no PIP. I rotate quads, delts, glutes. May throw lats in there on the next run just to add even more time between injection sites.

I pin all spots with a 1 in 25 guage.

1'' 25g. I don't use anything else. That size / length is perfect for any spot imo.

Glutes are a breeze for me aspiration with one hand isn't hard at all you don't have to pull hard on the plunger, and no pip ever I forget which side I did later that day literally.

No mirror I hear alot of posts saying its hard to pin glutes but you don't need to get all the way on the inner glute I go for up right corner and pin everything takes like 1 min ! sterilizing ,drawing, to pining easy.

By the way for the average guy, not a big thick type, thighs usually have some discomfort able pip, but within reason. Oh and If you use a 25 G it's not the needle. It is usually the amount of ml's injected or the concentrate that pools a little bit in your leg. ...crazy mike

I just caught this post. Aspirate with one hand...??? you should have both hands free. If you are holding your thigh tissue and squeezing it to a peak to pin it...WRONG. That will cause more PIP. Relax your muscle and use both hands....crazy mike

I think what he meant mike was for doing a glute yourself you can't use both hands, like for me I use my right hand only to pin right glute and my left hand only for left.

Just a quick question but why don't you guys just lay on belly and have someone else do the work for you? Oooooo so maybe it's your best friend, it's not like he's gonna see your entire ass! Even if he did, its not like hes gonna rape you..! Takes like 5 mins tops for everything.. Friends don't let friends drive drunk? Welp friends don't let friends pin alone! not that that's how I do it.. I can pin one handed piece of cake and have more of a steady hand than a person hunting. Just saying

Soo youd suggest doing it in a way id risk more micro tears. More movement. And risk of nickin a vessel?,

id call it bein cautious. Only done three cycles. But ive never had bad "needle form", if theres such a thing. Doesnt hurt either way. But dont flame what im doing just because you dont do it?,
Or is being careful NOT to cause micro tears and risk scar tissue due to excessive uncontrolled movement a bad thing now?

yeh after my first one where the guy fid inner lower glute. Nore vessels n risk of hitting the sciaric nerve. I lay on my belly. Twist round. N if i can do it at 240lbs (although 6'3) pretty much anyone can. Just twist. Pick ur spot. Cuz ur relaxed u can let go of the pin. Carefully aspirate(in whatever fashion is the nost steady), then carry on.

Easy. Trust me. Do it urself n get used to it. Its easier than u think. N u know ur doing it right
