    Cycle Layout & Gyno

I had gyno surgery a few years ago unrelated to steroid use and am now considering my first cycle. I want to ensure I dont have any gyno related problems as I seem to genetically support it. Ive read some articles stating that Aromasin throughout a cycle can hinder gains, but Ive also read articles stating that it wont affect gains so Ive decided to err on the side of caution and to take Aromasin throughout.

    Weeks 1-12:
    Test E 250mg 2x Week
    Aromasin 12.5mg ED

    Weeks 13-14:
    Aromasin 25mg ED
    Nolva 40mg ED

    Weeks 15-18:
    Nolva 20mg ED

    Im 5'10, 165lbs and 32 years old.

    Welcome,

What's your body fat percentage and how long have you been training consistently?

    Thanks for the link.

I'm about 13-16%bf. Aside from the few months I was off after surgery, I've been training consistently for the last 2 years. I've been a regular trainer since I was in my mid teens, but took a break in my late 20s for a year and a half or so.

Pretty light at 165? More inclined to think there is a diet issue than a need for a cycle.
Results will fall right off it your diet and training are not on point

    Thanks for the response.

I'm not planning on jumping into a cycle in the next few months. But relating specifically to a past history of gyno, and assuming my stats are adequate at the time, does anyone see any problems with the cycle laid out above?
