Actually, 4 month old lump, not directly under the nipple...

May need a pic to be sure. Or see a doc to confirm if its really gyno. Might be something else.

Go with Ralox. I just started running 60mg/day because I've heard so many people on hear talking about how great of a compound it is. Why didn't you errr your friend run pct? Did you or are you running an AI?

I've never ran a cycle bro and my friend didn't run an ai and stopped pct short.

yeah he is going to feel a bit "spotty" on PCT, everyone does, you ar ein recovery mod. at this point he should just run a serm like ralox. not an AI, use an AI during cycle to avoid this.
I highly rec you/he grab ralox from ar and run it for 4-8 weeks. but keep in mind in many cases gyno will have to be cut out to be removed.

chances are his estrogen are normal now since hes been off for a while, but blood work is a GOOD IDEA to really know for sure.

Do you think it's the majority of cases or the minority? I would imagine it's the minority but I don't really know.

While MANY have to be surgically removed my GUESS is that the majority can be taken care of through medication. I have had great luck with Letro/Nolva but I aslo knew going into it I was going to have to deal with crashing my E2 levels. I have yet to try Raloxifene. I may give that a shot if I have any flare up in the future.
