Cruising and T3

So I know there are some people that run t3 while cruising. I'm wondering what is your cruise dose to stave off muscle wasting from T3?

I'm on 200mg/wk Test Cyp and 100mcg T4/ed.

225test & 150deca E5D last time i did cruised and took t3.
