tren and test ace diet help
Ive read alot about how to diet on tren and from what ive read, you need to be at a caloric deficit to lean out on tren and not surplus! What kind of diet is most benefical on a tren and test cycle?
I plan on cycling my carbs and keeping my protein intake at about 300g. wrong or no?
This is my second cycle, my first cycle was with test E great results.

tren EOD (monday,wednesday,friday) at 50mg each day (week 1-8)total=
test ( monday and thursday) 250mg each shot (week1-12) total= 500mg a week
PCT liquid clomid and nolvadex (week 14-16) 40/40/20/20/20
HCG : 500iu
A.i: arimidex
I have caber on deck in case gyno kicks in

Whether you are on aas or not, eating a caloric deficit or burning more calories than you take in is the way to lose weight or 'lean out'.
Kind of scary to know that you are about to start a tren cycle and you don't know how to eat correctly. Post up your current diet and include all macros, please.

Thats the diet plan ive made
Meal 1: 8-10 eggs, 1 fruit, oat meal, 2 glasses of water,1scoop whey protein
Meal2: can of tuna mixed with a salad
Meal 3: brown rice, 2 breast chicken, veggies,
Meal4: 1 sweet potato, 2 breast chicken, veggies
Meal 5: post workout shake 2 scoops whey
Meal6: fish salmon 2 pieces and veggies
