Hard lumps in nipple's help

Hi guys, tgink i have a mild case of gyno i usually get swollen/puffy nipples when im on cycles mostly test/tren but this time round I've got a small hard lump in each nipple quite painful to touch..(my bf is quite low ao its nothing to do with that) what will be my best bet to get rid of it or at least shrink the size...leterozole?? Tomoxefin?? Nolvadex ?? Arimidex ?? Or a mixture also help with the doesage would be great cheers.

Hi mate use ralox 60mg day and up your AI continue until the gyno has gone stop ralox and keep your AI at that dose.

If your not on cycle use ralox at above dose until gyno has gone.

How much test/tren ? Are you using an AI and hcg ? What do you have on hand now? Bc I'm guessing you don't have ralox on hand so u can start tamox while you wait for it. U can also just use tamoxifen , but ralox is supposed to be better according to a few studies. Are you using a DA, like caber, bromo, or prami? It may help to start or increase the dose of one of those, depending on how much tren you're using and your current DA dose (if any). Same thing with an AI. Either start one or increase the dose if already on.

With tren I always have to add bromo to my protocol to due to prolactin accumulation. Anastrozole will work for the gyno from tes/ deca for me , but with tren always need about a 30 day routine of bromo.

sorry for all the questions ive just done a bit of research on ralox and its defo the way to go for me only problem is i dont think i can get hold of it(i can get everything else) is it possible to buy it online??

Look at the post from Austinite. Start with 60mg daily.

I've said this a hundred time guys you have got to control/manage estrogen on cycle with an AI such as anastrozole (arimadex)
while on cycle not on hand in case of sides. Prevention not rescue, there are way to many gyno threads and this is preventable.
