    Lightbulb Ordering question

I ordered from a source in Mexico, they sent me an email saying that it was partially shipped and I could expect half of the order in the next few days. They also said that they shipped it registered mail, I emailed back and asked if this meant that I had to sign for it... they said vaguely "Yes it will get there much faster". When it arrives, do I sign? Is this a scam? Im a little nervous about the whole ordeal.

    registered

there is no reason to have anything sent as registered mail.. not only will you have to sign for it, but it takes longer to reach you... because, every point in the postal system that package goes to- it has to be accounted for by a register, taking that much more time, and did i mention you have to sign for it

I wouldn't want to have to sign for anything. Seems way too risky to me.

Never sign for anything. You don't know who it can be.
