Hi everyone just joined and not sure where to begin.
I'm 35 and have been lifting since I was 20, but always trying to stay cut while putting on pounds, (always stayed around 185 can't get up to 200, without it affecting my belly)so its been a struggle. It's especially getting hard as I've aged, looking to start maybe deca but concerned about the hair loss, was wondering if this would be my best option for finally putting on the size i want while staying cut and minimal sides, hairloss especially, thank you for any input.
