Deca or Test

Hi everyone just joined and not sure where to begin.
I'm 35 and have been lifting since I was 20, but always trying to stay cut while putting on pounds, (always stayed around 185 can't get up to 200, without it affecting my belly)so its been a struggle. It's especially getting hard as I've aged, looking to start maybe deca but concerned about the hair loss, was wondering if this would be my best option for finally putting on the size i want while staying cut and minimal sides, hairloss especially, thank you for any input.

No, a simple test cycle would be best. Make sure your diet is in check first. Head over to the Nutrition Section for those guys and gals to help you.

If you are concerned about hair loss, you can always do a shorter cycle, maybe a prop cycle for 8 weeks. Finastride is always an option for keeping your Hair from shedding. To be honest I wouldn't sweat it though. I don't think a quick 8 weeker will have an impact on your hairline. Deca alone with no test will put your pecker out of commission guaranteed.

Sounds good, probably just go with test, maybe use the free bottle coupon for deca when i signed up, the wife is frisky as hell so don't wanna lose any libido if thats the case with deca though, thanks again for the help

I'd not run finasteride either. That stuff can do bad things to you.

Stick with the basic test only, read the education threads and also about pct.

Many have and got lucky bro.But wat if you had a bad reaction.Which compound would it be? Also being his 1st cycle he will grow like a weed with test only.And you are only going to get gain so much per cycle.So Deca would really be a waste.

Yeh what u can do n what you SHOULD do are two totally different things alot of ppl make the MISTAKE of running more than a basic test compound. N even more do too much.

Seriosly juss read the stickies. Start with abasic test only cycle for maybe ur first 2-3 cycles at least.

And. Grow. Into. Your. Dose

Only go higher when you HAVE to. Not want to.
Only use extra comoounds when you have to. Not want to. See?

youll get more results.for a more.prelonged amount of time.

Thanks for all the input, I ordered a bottle of Teset-600x and Clean from the website that advertises on here, not sure if its okay to name, a long time ago I took Testren x, stuff was amazing, got me the hard dry look, ripped and put on size, can't find it anymore though, hope the test-600 has the same effect. Not planning on taking both at the same time, one was free, my wife may take a couple cleans as well, Thanks again for all the info.

yeah i know, but id figure id start with something mild and see how i react, then get on other stuff. hopefully they have some good affects.

I'm pretty sure they aren't ph either they are steriod supplement if I'm not mistaken.

If that's you In the avi I'm sure you can run real test just fine have you took a look at most common beginner cycles?

yea thats me. I just don't have a lot of experience with supplements at all, but if the stuff I ordered doesn't work too well ill talk to my doc, about getting on some testerone after i have my levels checked, or search elsewhere just getting so hard to put on good size lately. Thanks for the help
