Does it make sense to use both winstrol and creatine at the same time or should creatine be used only in bulking cycles?
What are your stats and cycle history?
Iv'e been on 1ml of test cyp/week for about 4 months along with creatine and lots of protein. Made good gains. I now want to start a cutting cycle but know that creatine retains water. I don't want to negate the effects of the winstrol.
What do you understand about creatine and what do you mean by 'retains water'?Quote:

This does bring about another question however...If I am going to take creatine along with winstrol at approx 75 ml/EOD for 6 to 8 weeks as a cutting cycle, what adjustments do I make when I return to a "bulking" cycle? Do I simply stick with my cyp, creatine, and protein? Do I need to "cycle" creatine at all?
You have been on 1ml of test cyp for 4 months???
What the hell does that mean? What mg/ml is it and why have you been cycling for 4 months? Are you in trt? Are you taking an A.i?

I have been injecting 1cc of 200mg/ml per week as treatment for naturally low levels for about 4 months now. Since I was prescribed, I thought best to get active in the gym again. Just looking for some "beginner's" advice.
I thought most pharm grade is always 200mg per ml anything else over 200mg is ugl
Even with low t being given 200mg a week of test is going to bring you back to 21 years old. I know you dont want to hear this cause no one evers does. Diet cardio and that trt dose for a year and then the winnie down the road. Much better ideaQuote:
