    First cycle question. BD Andropen 275, QV Deca 250. Advice?

    This is my first cycle.
    I'm 28 years old.
    6' 2" 218 lbs.
    This is week 6 and I've only gained 8 lbs.
    Should I have gained more weight by now?
    I'm scared this test might be under-dosed. Advice?

    My crystal ball is malfunctioning tonight. We can't give you an answer. We don't know your TDEE, your daily caloric intake, etc...

    But either way... what did you expect by now? 30 lbs?

    Deca 500 mgs per week.

    That is a lot of gear for first cycle IMO.

    Don't expect much steroids are not magic if your 8 lb are quality gains its pretty good in 6weeks with long esters.

    Steroids aren't going to make your muscles bigger, they're going to allow them to grow bigger-faster with the right nutrition. Do you have any idea how many calories you're consuming each day? How much protein/carbs/fat per day?

    I'm not sure on an exact number of calories per day. I'm cutting my carbs about noon everyday. For example, oatmeal and stuff in the morning. Workout, then have 36 grams in protein shake along with second meal of chicken breast, avocado, and broccoli. Then 4 more meals similar to that through-out the rest of the day. This is week 7 and im starting to see definite results. I think I was just wanting to see more results by now, just being impatient lol.
