deca at 1g a week
has anyone ever gone above 800 a week ,like around a gram, with about 500 mg sus .

600 mg tes / 900 mg deca wkly, good gains rough on everyone around me cycle, and rough on me as far as Bp, that was at about 49 yrs old. Really I seem to get best gains and results from 300 mg tes/ 400 mg deca, Bp stays good and results great! So for me that higher dose really not needed. But your goals for your goals! That's just a lot of deca at a time, for me!

Ok .thnx.ive done 600 mg in the past but I didnt know if ppl did more than that.

People do way more than that and it's relatively common, especially in the competitive arena. A friend of mine who's currently prepping for a national caliber show is running around 2.5 grams of test per week, not counting tren , winny, GH and everything else.....With Deca I can't quite imagine a need for that much....
Yes, I said 2.5 grams per week.

I've never personally gone over 1.2g /wk of test but it makes me wonder where the line really is, where cost (not monetary) exceeds greater benefit. if pro and semi-pro bb'ers are stacking total compounds over 6g/wk I have to think there must be some decent benefit over say 1/3rd that much. I realize those guys and girls are at a completely different level than most of us but all things being equal some of them put on 40lbs of quality weight every year for several years in a row. Yes a lot of that is due to diet and amazing discipline but why would they take massive doses of AS if it didn't have any benefit?

What top level pro put on 40lbs of muscle in a year.
They use crazy amount because most of their competitors do and it's a game to see who can push it the furthest. Some have died in the process.
Few have such great genetics that they don't use crazy amounts, ie Ronnie.

They weren't born huge. I'm talking about when they first get into it. No, they do not pack on 40lbs of quality size in a year when they are already 285lbs in contest shape. I'm not going to spend the next hour finding links to verify what I said. Google it.

Good info for my next deca run.
The phrase "grow into you cycle" really seems to be factual information. Being the same size, I ran almost 1g of test a week and got no more results than 500mg per week. . . Well, for the positive at least since I gained some real nice backne scars on my back from it.
Same with my tren cycle, I was running close to 100mg QD for over two weeks. I gained some insane strength for the time being. But, no LBM growth or Bf% drop. Yet again, more nice backne.

lol, Ronnie probably put up 60 to 80 grand a year on gear alone. And that's not an exaggeration.

I agree with growing into a cycle,ive done several 500mg test cycles,a 750 mg 600deca,back to 750 test ,and Im curious to 1g a week this time,if I feel no difference I,ll jump bck to 750 test.which brings me to this question of 500 mg test 1 g deca,,,,just feeling my next one thats all.thnx for replies.

Ok, maybe someone has done it one year but not year after year, and not all muscle. Gaining weight is not the same as building muscle tissue. Think about what your saying. Go to the store and pick up a one pound steak now multiply by 40! 40 lbs of muscle is an insane amount and would have to leave stretch marks.
