    First Cycle Advice

I'm looking to start my first cycle soon. Here's what I have:
    - Sust250 - 10ml
    - Deca250 - 10ml
    - Dbol - 10mg (100 pills)
    - Anavar - 10mg (50 pills)
    - Nolvadex - 20mg (240 pills...I ran across a great price and couldn't pass it up)

I was thinking of running the following:

    Weeks 1-4:
Sust at 500mg/week (250mg Monday and Thursday)
Deca at 250mg/week (125mg Monday and Thursday)

    Weeks 5-8:
Dbol at 25mg/day (10mg around 6AM and 15mg prior to my 3PM workout)
Var at 30mg/day last 2 weeks (weeks 7 and 8)

    PCT Weeks 9-12:
    Nolvadex at 40/40/20/20

During all 12 weeks, I'll be supplementing with 800mg milk thistle, Vitamins C and E, CoQ-10, and multivitamins.

I'm 6 feet tall, 203 pounds. This would be my first AAS cycle (my last two were prohormones). Does this sound like a decent first cycle? Any advice or tips would be great, like ideas for alternate dosage and recommend needle gauge (22 or 23).

    Thanks in advance.

Very very odd cycle, but whats your body fat % and how long have you been training?

I've never been calipered/taped before. Based on images I've seen, I'd put it between 20-25% (most of which is abs).

Training for approx. 3 years. The first 2 were trying to lose weight (80% cardio workouts). This last year I got into weights trying to build some muscle. I was going for a lean look but recently decided I wanted to get bigger.

    6 feet, 203 pounds. 35 years old.

Abs or in the abdomen? You're not going to see abs at 25% BF. Look online for an estimate, look for BF images.. Need to know your BF. If you're 20%+ forget cycling and just focus on losing weight.

Honestly you should try to get your bf closer to 15% before considering a cycle. Less sides via aromatization. Have you hit the nutrition forum and posted up you meal plan?

I figured the first three would help put mass and muscle on, and the Var would help me cut the mass into lean muscle.

Again, first cycle, so to the vets out there I'm some dumb new guy. But we all started somewhere. I'm looking for some help, not criticism or insults. I wouldn't insult anyone asking me to teach them what I know.

Sorry, in the abdomen. There's muscle under there, I just can't see it.

Okay, cycle postponed. Incidentally how long are these items good for? I'd hate to lose the weight only to find out that my stuff expired or something.

I get what your saying but steroids do not determine the cut or the bulk your nutrition does. Steroids are just the icing on the cake once your nutrition is dialed in. Again I suggest you hit the nutrition forum and get that squared away first

songdog - Can you recommend a good form of cardio besides running? I have some issues with my left knee from my time in the Marines; after about a mile I get sharp pains in my knee and shins that makes running painful.

I'm figuring out my BMR, TDEE, and LBM now, but I eat healthy foods. I'm guessing that means either too much/not enough food or the protein/carbs/fats ratio is wrong. I'll post my diet and workout plan in the nutrition section once I get it all down on paper and organized.
