    3rd cycle starting monday. Critique before i start.

    Week1-8: 100mg test prop ed or 150mg eod
    Week1-8: 100mg mast prop eod
    Week2-8: 50mg var.
    Hcg : 250 e3d
    Arimidex : 0.25 eod
    Pct: nolvadex :40/40/20/20
    I hate clomid, it fu** up my vision.
    Am currently at 8-9% bf. 30years old and 85kgs

    You could increase the var a touch
    and you could add a further week in pct

    I find the 60-80mg suits me fine going up to 100mg starts bringing in cramps

    60-80 mg ed seems to be good for lot's of ppl.
