Liquid Anavar (quick question)

I typically only take injectables and rarely take orals. However, the price was right on this liquid Anavar and have been looking to try it.

However, I am getting conflicting information on whether to take it sublingual or just to swallow it. A good friend of my is achieving great results with taking it sublingual. Although I was under the impression swallowing it down with some grape fruit juice would like I've done with dbol would work just fine.

I took my first dose and did so under my tongue yesterday. You literally can feel it soak in. Any information on what the optimum method for maximum absorption would be greatly appreciated.
