    1st cycle advice.

I'm wanting to start my first cycle here in a few weeks. Lemme start with my stats
    29years old
    5'11"
    177lbs
    12-15% BF
    lifting for multiple years

I want to start with a mild(er) pro hormone. So please give honest feedback

    Epi 2a3a 5-6 weeks
    Joint support
    Protex by vital. Cycle support
    Post cycle 3x by vital
    Oxy elite pro (fat burner)
Nolva 20mg/ 2 weeks. May bump to 40 if recommended
    Razor8 (pre workout)
My goal is to add hard dry muscle and cut down my BF. my diet is in check, I lift 4-5x weekly, take in around 200g protein daily through isopure protein shakes/chicken/tuna.

Im not a fan of pro hormones. They seem to have more sides and risks associatied with them.

You say your diet is in check but at your height and weight I think different. Put up a days diet and lets take a quick look

    Neither am I.

Andro was a pretty good PH, but it's been outlawed for several years now, maybe closer to 12+ years? It provided a good result, and was relatively easy on the body.

the PH's now, from my understanding, are fairly harsh, with much less of a benefit than andro.

That's good advice. Get your diet in check first. Also I don't go for the pro-hormones myself. Just for me I go for the real deal. Get over to nutrition as you get informed. Good luck ...crazy mike

Ok keep in mind I wake up at 11:30am as I work night shift. Here's my typical diet.
    11:30am "Breakfast" protein bar/banana/ OJ
    1:30pm. Protein shake/ tuna/ pre workout/creatine
    3pm after workout. Shake/ 6oz chicken/green vegetable

By now I'm at work. I will eat something every 3 hours whether is be a protein bar or chicken while I'm here. 10hour shift. That is my mon-Friday schedule for the most part. I take a daily vitamin as well. Sat and sun I loosen up a little but still eat fairly healthy. Is my diet way off?

You need to head over to the nutrition forum because that diet needs lots of help. It doesn't matter what time you work, your body wants food. Look at some of the sticky's and sample diets that kinda go with what your goals are. Also, post this same diet on there and ask for a critique. One of the diet gurus will get you on your way. We are here to help and learn. Good Luck

Honestly... Needles. I've got multiple tattoos, but the thought of injecting myself hesitates me. I'm sure I could make up some BS, but that's the truth

You need to forget AAS until you build a base, else you will lose whatever gains you do make. Your diet is insufficient to support new growth. Please hit up our nutrition forum as suggested.

You need to eat real food. The best results will come from real food coupled with hard work. I agree with the rest, nutrition section is where you need to start.

Protein bars and shakes are not food, At 177 lbs and 5'11' this is whats holding you back regardless of what shift you work. We all have same number of hours in a day. Talk to 405 in the nutrition forum
