Hey guys, im new at this and ive never done steroids before... My supplier told me to start wit deca 300 and test 600 once a week, is that a good dose? I wanna bulk up, gain some weight and then do a cutting cycle... What should i use for ptc? What my second cycle should look like? And is my first cycle a good one? Im sorry for all this questions but any help would be greatly appreciate it

I gained 20 lbs on 200 mgs deca and test, 400 total
1st cycle, you don't need 900mgs a week
Run hcg from the get go to keep your leydig cells alive

At 21 you are too young my friend research on here to learn then decide if you still want to go ahead.
25 and over is the norm with over 2 years consistent training behind you.

And a final point is test only for a first cycle to see how you handle the sides
