AR-R question
Not sure if this is the right forum but I ordered from AR-R during this past sale and need to confirm the order due to amount. I have responded twice to the email but both times it came back as undeliverable. Clearly just hitting reply isn't the way to go. Is there a different address I should reply to or is this an issue on hushmails end?

You should be able to reply to our emails. It goes to customer service [email protected]

I tried that twice now and just got a second notice that I had to confirm the amount so I am sure it did not go through. I will give it another shot today.

I've never had an issue, try a different email client and/or address.

I initially just tried replying. Then copied the email and pasted it. This time I used the hyperlink you posted. If I have an issue it should let me know this evening and I will just use the contact is link and go that route. Maybe it was user error but I'm usually pretty good with email. I just didn't want to miss out and lose the sale prices if it didn't process.

It's the weirdest thing. Never worked via email but the contact us link worked fine and everything is straight.
