back to basics...
i wanna use the following over a 4 week period
1gram testoviron every week
100mg anadrol every day
50mg dianabol every day
what is the proportion of protein/carbs/fat i must use for gaining muscle while losing fat?
what else drugs or supplements can i take to help lose fat and keep water retention low?
is there any suplements that is worth to take with steroids in general?

hope thats not what ur first cycle looked like...4 weeks come on, go back to the very early basics and research a little

as both the a-bombs and the dbol are 17aa, you are asking for potential liver complications here.
back to basics? what are you thinking bro? no basic cycle would ever look like this.
do some more research, that is my best advice for you.

i have done this cycle over 10 times in past and always 4 weeks
i have done testo in that dosage 1g/week and 2g/week for 4 weeks and it surely works.check the testo you buy from the scammers cause i buy from farmacy.

even though it supposedly worked for you, don't post a cycle like this that some junior member will see and try to duplicate. it is bad for newer members to see crap like this and wonder if they could do the same thing to get results.
do a real cycle instead of some 4 weeker like this and tell me how the gains compared.
i am calling you out here on your first question about macronutrient ratios, supplements, etc. because you say you have done this 10 times...after the first 2 or 3 you would have figured out what works for you by sheer luck or experimentation.
my advice for the newer members is to ignore this post.

if you've done this cycle many times, then why are you asking what your diet should be like and what supplements to take?
Seriously that cycle is horrible on the liver. And your test will just start to kick in when you get off.

you didn't understand
i never did this cycle to lose weight and increase my mass.i just did eat like animal and never cared about bodyfat levels.in 2 years i went from 70kg to 120kg.now i'm only 105kg but have a 25% fat.it's time to make a more complicated diet...
ok i thought you could help.
i insist on testo effectiveness.all steroids start working after first week.it may be injectables or pills.inject monday train a week.go training nect monday and see your power going up.the only effect that copes faster is water retention and weight gain in general.
testoviron is testo enanthate .although theoretical a slow release testo one week is enough to see results.
