B complex has all 8 b vitamins in it. Dosage is per individual requirements. B 12 is more for boosting energy while b complex benefits include helping with anxiety, depression, fatigue, several others.

The b12 dosage in this is only 200mcg per ml. Is that enough to warrant results? Also, anyone know how many ml to inject and how often?

Well the B12 AR-R sells is 1000mcg per ml.Guy are doing a ml a day on that.

That's all the volume in a 3 ml barrel there is for the b12 ! Haha! Full ! I've been doing that mix for so long I can't say What the difference between adding the extra b 12 or not would be, but I can tell you I feel great everyday all day. THANK GOD!

Really? 3ml e3d is similar to the dosage for cattle....isnt that too high....can you please justify your recommendation?
