Shutdown BAD, What should i do?

I have done 8 anavar cycles the last 4 years with nolva PCT. Feeling the past year that the motivation, lidibo, the spark in life is not there.

Last cycle was 70mg anavar for 60 days with POWER PCT protocol. ( HCG , Nolva, clomid )

Now 10weeks after PCT i had bloodwork done. It read 199ng/dl (very low!)

My plan is to cut out the steroids for life and get my life back.

What would you recommend me to do? Wait a couple of months and hope for it to raise natural or should i do an second PCT? (Before i have another bloodwork done)

Iam 25 years old,

Here are the test

Im in europe so we measure nmol/L

P-Testo.Total - 6.5 nmol/L ( Range 7,6 - 31 ) ( Equal to 199ng/dl )
P-Shbg 17 ( Range 10-80 )
Test/Shbg - 0.39


All other, blood fats and such was in range.

And who knows if it'll ever come back around to normal, you started young

Good point above. I'd give it more time and would also look into other supplements to help your natural production such as D3, micronized pregnenolone and DHEA.
And give anavar and your HPTA a break before you kill it.

how long ago did you finish the cycle?

Thanks Kel. I agree with Kel you need to give it a rest before you kill your hpta. What compound dose(s) did you run for pct and how long?

This thread just proves what we've been saying about anavar, it has the ability to shut you down and do harm to the HPTA regardless of how mild one may think it is.

Adding test in the cycle would have had no outcome on ops ability to recover

I am aware that test is suppressive. I was simply curious as to whether he was intelligent/informed enough to run the Var with a test base.

Anavar only, ranged 40-70mg/ed 60-100days.

Nolva 20 mg 45 days
Clomid 50mg 30 days
HCG 1000iu EOD 16 days

What supplements would you recommend that include those ingredients?

Vit D3 maybe start at 5K per day as most are low anyway. It reduces shbg thus helping to elevate free T. It's actually a hormone that's in every cell in your body. For preg and dhea they need to be micronized for best absorption. Maybe 50mg preg and start with 25mg DHEA both in the morning as they can act as a mild stimulant. Just use google to find them. Amazon, etc.

Next time you get blood work done be sure to test your D (25-Hydroxy) and your DHEA-S levels. Preg is mostly stored in tissue so don't bother.

I dont like HCG during PCT. I think it hinders natural recovery some.
At this point I would just stay OFF everything and see where your blood
levels are in 8-10 weeks.
