It's not the Test Bro. Roid rage is a myth perpetuated by the media and over-opinionated, uninformed idiots. You need to control yourself. You see the same thing with a lot of young people drinking. "He's the nicest guy in the world but if he does one shot of tequila he gets in a fight..." Bull$it!! I'm currently taking 3 grams of Test a week which is 25 times as much as you and I have absolutely zero problems. There's a place reserved especially for people who can control emotions, impulse and anger and I promise you don't want to live there. If you really are 31 years old just recognize what it is and control it. If your 16 like it sounds you need to stop taking test now.

Then there's always my Dad's famous solution. Guy's that feel like they want to fight all the time really just need there asses kicked half to death. For 6 months to a year you'll have a strange aversion to fighting as well as a hard time doing it even if you wanted to... guaranteed!!

I agree. I will say that I personally found that alcohol is not a good mix for high test levels. (I don't drink anymore) As it amplifies whatever you are. If you're a chill guy, you'll be super chill. If you're a dick, you'll become a complete jerk. But like Titan said, control yourself.

and your E2 is? high estrogen makes me short tempered and mad. with E2 kept in check with an ai, the test makes me too happy to argue. basically I adjust my ai up until my pms goes away.

I find the more I let myself get irritated the more I get irritated. Unfortunately your family unusually gets the crap end of the stick. You just got to know your hormones could be slightly contributing but I agree it is in your head. just need to be in control and not let yourself get mad. It is actually very easy. The more I don't let myself get frustrated the less I get mad. Anger is not even a problem unless I let it be

I have a very stressful job dealing with the public. I have to keep my self under control at all times. Don't be reactionary, understand that test use does does bring on a hightened aggression. Which, for some left un-checked can lead to violent outbursts. For me its fairly easy, I lose my temper I lose my job. I lose my temper at the gym or in traffic I get charged with assault. Think about it!

Stress levels play a very important role in anger. Like the rest I agree it's not the test. Find ways to relieve stress and I promise you you'll feel much better.

My favorite stress relievers are working out and SEX

I agree that alcohol is a catalyst for what is already there....

....six shots of tequila and I'm trying to talk women out of their clothes!

(9 shots of tequila and I'm offering to help them with the process!!)

If you have trouble controlling yourself, just lower the dose. This is one of the main reasons I stick mainly to anabolics over androgens.

I don't understand some of you. You totally contradict yourselves and then change to true point of the topic and thread by tell how we, you I should learn to control ourselves. Grow up, don't let yourself get off the change because it's immature , your week, a jerk, selfish etc... How about you want to blame someone or someone else. Great, sometime all this is true.
Does testosterone cause anger issues, is it a myth? We are all wired differently and alcohol and steroids affect everyone different concerning this topic. Control is what we do after we feel the anger aggression etc.. Has nothing to do with if test does in some people.
Titan, your dead wrong it is not a myth. Science in hormone levels dictates that it does have an affect. Mood swings in women when pregnant is not a myth. Mood swings and anger issues with alcohol is not a myth. Take the crazy Indians that get drunk etc.. Lower inhibitions with people during sex. A person in the gym on a steroid cycle has more aggression and appetite and stamina when on.
How it affects you Titan has nothing to do with me. My control, maturity level and how I handle myself has nothing to do with the RFEALITY that STEROIDS do heighten aggression.
So get back to his question and help him with an issues that has scientific truth and is shown everyday in and out of the gym.
The answer for OP is no there isn't a happy pill, there isn't an antidote. There is only conscious contact with yourself and using mature self control. NO OP NOTHING YOU CAN TAKE, Good luck and be cool. ...crazy mike

It's a fact of life that men are more aggressive generally then women due to Testosterone.

The best way is to stop it...

Seriously being drunk do not make anyone a jerk.

If you have that inside you go for it.

Alcohol do not change people they reveal them.

Mood swing of pregnant women are only worst but they still have it.
My girlfriend started the novaring recently. Each little stress she have she cry. Yes estrogene affect their emotion but not what they feel...

Same with alcohol, same with test.

You are an agressive man. Add test you are more agressive. You are a calm man, youll be calmer... Thats all.

You have anger issue on cycle.
Then you have repressed anger off cycle.

If you cant control yourself than get rid of the anger. If you cant do that. Then dont do roids. And find another way.

Its 90% in your head, dont blame the aas for.your incapacity to deal with stress and anger. You are the cause of that problem.

Getting a little grumpy for someone who has no problems is that the Test heightens your aggression. Again If you have this or if you experience that and if you have or do not have a problem is not what I am saying at all. Blaming your anger issue to have an excuse is not what I am saying. Trying to get out of it, saying it is not your fault that you have a problem is not what I am saying.
"It's not the Test Bro. Roid rage is a myth perpetuated by the media and over-opinionated, uninformed idiots." NOT a myth is all I'm saying. I'm not the FKN media and I have been informed by myself, others I've witnessed, overall statistics as seen in real life. AS a cop about a man off the chain on roids and or alcohol. ASK a cop if he would rather come up on a domestic with alcohol or steroids involved or a domestic with no alcohol and or roids. Why on here are people talking about Tren temper, why, because it's not real. Is this just a placebo effect that we were told it can so therefore we act it out, huh,...WHAT !! Get honest, more test and more aggression across the board. If it does not effect you than cool. Great. If it effects someone and they control it fine, admit an added feeling of aggression.
ONCE AGAIN, what you do, how you act, how and why you blame is not MY point.
MY POINT is that is does in MANY people cause an influx in high tension, aggression, anger and stressed mood swing. That's my experience and NOT JUST ME, I've witnessed especially in the older days when people didn't know what to do, look for and the stacks were out of wack. This is my story ands I'm sticking to it.
DO YOU HEAR ME !!!!! .....huh do ya, HEY do ya, YEA !!!!!!!!!! Better.
Just kidding with the temper, But ...crazy mike

I found just the opposite at least regarding trt levels of test. I used to get easily irritated over little nonsense things and was often moody. These issues have gone away after starting trt. My wife has certainly noticed a difference.

Well OK then. I make a complete retraction and will undertake never to make such offensive or slanderous remarks directed at you OR any of your family and furthermore I would like to apologize...I don't know what I was thinking...

Maybe the Test made you act out harshly. That what I was thinking. Go back and read his initial post then jump to yours. I say jump because that's exactly what you did. I don't mean to be rude, argumentative, or trying to offend you but that's my take.
Also then where I quoted you, so after all my years, do you think I'm some uninformed idiot ?
We don't need to argue, but really look back at it with an open mind as an unsuspecting. ...crazy mike

PS: It is the over exaggerated, and will happen to everyone, and it is so dangerous and uncontrollable presentation by the media that is what the problem is. But it is real for MANY. Just like the drinking. ...cm

Well, I guess if you can't handle it, don't take it. IThat goes especially for alcohol btw. I stand by everything I said, I retracted what I said not because it's not true but because he seemed truely upset.

I knew that, really I did. And it was a kind gesture.
Keep in mind you keep referring to if you can't handle it. That wasn't my point. I have had a problem with it. I HANDLE IT. Got that. However it does stimulate some people. Those that are prone to that behavior. So yes they need to stay away or learn to be aware and do the right thing.
On my behalf I will tell you that No 1 I have many of my father's traits and I am what that is. I WORK ON IT, now that I have matured and have learned how I act. In behalf of Bi-Polar, I pray you're not the type that says, "Hey get a grip, get over it, just handle it" that's not the case. But awareness goes a long way also with the help of medication.
So to keep reiterating that someone is not responsible or looking for an excuse is not only demeaning to someone like me but irresponsible on your part by not trying to understand the person and thus showing empathy and denial on your part.
This is not to start a problem between you and I , it is to try to have you be more understanding to the one's that have a problem, admit they have a problem and try to always stay proactive in some form of responsibility with what they do. Until you have lived in someone's shoes like mine, you have no clue and harsh words as you spoke initially were of no help to anyone. Crazy Mike is actually silly mike, wild and crazy in a responsible way. If you read my interview you would see crazy, not insane or stupid. You don't become a Chair on the Corporate board of a Fortune Five Company being totally stupid irresponsible and off the Fvcking wall. That's all. ...crazy mike

If it's really such a problem then you simply can't take exogenous testosterone . Full stop. I couldn't imagine how that would be, but if that's the case, don't do it. Condoms are great for VD prevention, but if you have a latex allergy you can't use them!! Penicillin has saved countless lives, but if your allergic to it, DON"T take it. Was the correct answer to massage your ears and chant "woosaa" while thinking of a happy place? Do that then. I find this thread to be a chance for everyone with mental health problems past/present to climb up on a soap box and sing "Nobody knows the trouble I've seen." Maybe it's just roid annoyance? (Markedly less worrisome than it's more potent cousin, roid rage ...)

I have found that hormone fluctuation can cause emotional changes. I do believe roid rage is a myth. I'm not on 3 grams but I've taken close enough. 0.25 grams or 1.5 grams, I feel no different emotionally. Its when there is a sudden spike in test, or estrogen, or progesterone, or (insert.powerful hormone here) that I have noticed I'm more irritable than usual, or in the case of clomid above 100mg I get a feeling like I'm going to cry for no reason and get offended by silly vcomments. Women get called out for 'being on the 'rag'' because they get sudden hormone changes when they ovulate. That's not a myth.

I think its important to keep your other hormones balanced and to realize you are messing with your hormones. While they ate in flux you just have to be cognizant of that and practice a little more self control if an emotional wave comes that's inappropriate for the situation. Steroids aren't mind altering - youre still thinking normally. Unlike alcohol where you can't say 'ok I'm drunk so I need to be cognizant of that before I react'. You can't do that operating on brain stem and cerebellum only.
