    I need help on what kind to use.

    Age: 16
    Weight:308
    Height:6,3
    I am strong but I'm not ripped and I wanna get ripped and bulkey. I need to know what to use. A buddy told me to use creitone. But u guy seem To know what to use please help!!

    Unfortunately mate, there is an age requirement here, and 16 isn't quite there yet. So you'll lose the membership, sorry about that. You are still welcome to continue reading as you have been, and when you turn 18, we'll be waiting for you.

    Appreciate it man. I knew I was gonna get blocked but I was hopeing somebody would reply with an answer. Ill will be back when I'm 18! Don't have to worry about that.

    Creatine will help for bulking not for cutting. And anyway at your age you should focua on nutrition and mass building(if you arent fat already).

    16YO your whole body is building himself you need to nourish him if you want to maximize your potentiel.

    Getting ripped is a respectable goal but innapropriate for your age. Stay at 8-15% BF and try to build a good base.

    Enjoy your age, the growth will be fast with proper training and nutrition.
