First cycle
I am 25 5'10 163 pounds 16% or less body fat. I am currently on hrt 75mg x2 a week. I am thinking about making the total test 500mg a week for 8 weeks then going back to the 150mg a week and pct with letrozole . Any opinions ?

You are not going to want to hear this but.......
I think food should be your first option. You are just going to inflate and lose it all if you havent figured out how to grow by eating. At 150mg a week with proper food for a year is going to put you ahead of the average guy in the gym by far

No I do want to hear it. My ultimate goal is to weigh 155 but around 8% body fat. I have never imagined myself as a bulky guy. My diet is on point right now. I'm not a slouch right now in the gym. Dead 365 bench 240 squat idk haven't went heavy in awhile. My biggest goal is to be strong, not so much big
