You need to train for a steady 2 preferably 3 years. Currently your connective tissue (ligaments & tendons) will be far to week to support muscle growth and several anabolics can dry this connective tissue further which will only increase your risks for serious injuries.

There are NO quick answers. This needs to be a lifestyle not a hobby if you are really serious about transforming your body. Steroids are NOT magic.

Everybody wants quick results. But nobody want to put in the time or effort.MuscleInk has it right with his advice.I suggest you follow it or you will be in pain.AAS is a play thing where one day you sitting on your couch reading a muscle mag and see a guy in there and say.Hey I am going to get some aas so I can look like that.Does work like that. That is a myth.
