First cycle check and BF% question

Looking to start my first cycle. My stats are below. All my gear is Kapla pharms except for my hCG .

27 y/o Male
6'0
205lbs, ~18%bf


Wk 1-12 Kapla pharm Testosterone Enanthate = 250mg twice/wk e3.5d

Wk 1-14.5 US hCG injections hCG = 250iu twice/wk - day before test injection.

WK 1-12 Kapla pharm Anastrozole = ~.25mg EOD

PCT
Begins wk 15 to wk 19
Both Kapla pharm
Clomid 75/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20

I've been researching for a while and I feel confident that this is a solid plan, but I have a few questions.

1. Do I have the right dosage for my AI? I've read a few recommendations of .25mg EOD. Should I just try and break my 1mg tablets into quarters?

2. Is my BF% within a tolerable range to start this cycle. I'm in the military and due to training constraints this would be the best time to start my cycle. But I understand that excess BF leads to a greater risk of gyno and can lead to excessive weight gain.

Should be below 15%. If I was you I would take 30 days to get your diet clean and hit some cardio pretty hard and get it down some. You will be much happier with results being below 15.
Cycle looks good though. Good to keep it simple
