1st Cycle 5th week
I am currently on my first cycle my 5th week will be this thursday, I have gained 4 Kilo although I cant see any change at all in my Physique my training is perfect and diet also. My course is 100mg Test prop and 250mg Deca together every Monday,Wednesday,Friday Any advice would be great !!

Advice: Get blood work. Check your estrogen, check your prolactin. Use an AI. Use hCG . Get PCT. Have your diet evaluated.

Wow, 750mg of deca at 19 years of age!!! Define this perfect diet. If you're not seeing changes, your gear isn't the problem. List everything you ate today with macros totaled. What is your LBM and TDEE?

Starting to notice results now my Bf% is 13 and Tdee is 2800. My meals today are 1.100gPorridge oats 2eggs, 2.Protein shake 80g Sweet potato 1 chicken fillet, Meals 3&4 are the same as 2 without protein shake and then meal 5.Tub of cottage cheese
