The clerk told me when sending to china the city and state is not necessary and did not take this information from me. My natural vitamin supplier told me to put china city and state info. However the payment is not really going to China. Should that affect my order

the receiver has to know the (MTC?) number, and show ID. You should be g2g

I have to ask how do u know its not going to china if thats the country u put...can someone from any country other than the country u put,withdraw the $ just bcuz he has a control #?

Lot of em don't bother with where. I assume the mct no is the deciding factor. That and if u want immediate or overnight.
