So you've done absolutely zero research so far....
First off, pills only is a bad idea
Second, you are WAY underweight for a cycle. Your diet needs serious help.
Third, how long have you even been lifting and how old are you

At 120lbs, what you need is FOOD. Steroids aren't magic and if you aren't eating enough (and clearly you are not) steroids aren't going to help.
More bad news.....6 months isn't long enough. Steroids combined with proper nutrition and training will add volume to muscles and put significant strain on connective tissues like ligaments and tendons. You should spend at least 2 years of contiguous training to give your body the necessary time to strengthen your connective tissue to prepare you for steroid use down the road when you are ready.
