What's your cycle plan anyway? Can you list doses, timing, any other compounds, you post cycle therapy plan, etc...

do you mean a var only cycle? if so, 12 weeks is not recommended because of the hepa-toxicity of var.
Also since it will affect your HPTA, you would need to run some form of test with it...
haven't done var yet but considering adding it to my current hgh cycle and doing my research. and as far as it goes the recommendation would be 4-5 weeks of var, supplemented by test (to counter shutdown) which would be run for a duration relative to the ester (enanthate or propionate etc).
PCT is a must afterwards.
some old literature proposes var only cycles etc but I personally would not go for this given the risks involved.
I'm currently running Test Cyp and Var cycle.
I'm running Test Cyp 500mg/week for 12 weeks.
I started running 50mg/day of VAR but recently moved up to 75mg ED because I was seeing some results but not like I should. After moving to 75mg ED I'm loving it. Pump lasts all day.
Also running HCG and have Clomid and Nolva for PCT.
I wouldn't run var with out test. It's a must in my opinion.
