    Halovar - Newbie question

I was planning on starting a halovar cycle because I had heard so many great things about it and it would help me out of my plateau, but after reading some I am not sure I want to do it. Seems like gains can be made just by changing your workout routine. Even thought it is supposed to be mild with few side effects it is scary to me because I have never done one before.

I was planning one using the halovar with himalaya livercare and recycle as purus recommends for the PCT. Is there anything else I need to do?

    It SEEMS like that?

That's considered a standard mechanism of weight lifting. Why don't you go that route and research a bit first.
