    Injection site rotation question

I am injecting 2x/week. Is it ok to switch back and forth between two spots (right thigh left thigh for example) or do you guys advise rotating more muscles? I am new to this so thank you in advance for the help. My cycle is in other threads along with stats so I won't repost them here

Ideally you should wait 12-14 days before injecting into the same area to reduce fibrotic tissue (scar tissue) from forming.

Another advantage of adding more areas to your protocol is that if you get an infection in one area, you'll be experienced with other areas to use.

Generally at that frequency, the incidence of collagen proteins aligning in a symmetrical direction increases resulting in more scar tissue. This is a general guideline (12-14 days) however, as the actual incidence can vary between people.
