Expert advice for current cycle dosages needed.

3. also, i'm aware that if I start eating tons right away then I can get sick. well already feel like crap from
eating to much and not going number 2 enough
4. also, like a fool, and i'm ashamed to admit this the only kind of physical training I've been
doing prior is running and a ton of cross fit. I Hit the Gym twice yesterday triceps biceps and
forearms then quads hams and calfs and I am as sore as a whore after pay day! i'm going to the gym
tonight to do a chest routine.
