    help new - has questions about stack

    I'm new to all this. I'm about 5'9" 207lbs 25% bf- I'm looking to gain lean muscle i dont mind my size and am looking to drop body fat quick. I started 50mg of drol the days i workout about 4 xs a a week and 60 of var daily recently - (2 weeks in) was wondering what is good should i up to 80 var?? and what is better.. Keeping that stack or I've been looking up some other stuff...seen clen is a good fat burner . So what's better and how much to use clen and var stack or drol and var stack

    Welcome.

    1. You do not take Drol on random days. That's not how it works.
    2. 25% BF is too high, especially for drol.
    3. No testosterone mentioned, not good.
    4. No Ai, no PCT mentioned either.

    I strongly advise you to abort this cycle and visit the nutrition section for critique.

    I would say instead of clen use albuterol , if that's not an option, IDE day var and clen (if your cutting) and hitting the nutrition section couldn't hurt

    Again, please stop giving advice. Did you see his bf% and you are recommending AAS? And orals only?

    OP there is no substitute for a good diet. No drug will make up for a poor one. Pittsburgh can vouch for that.

    So your advice is to propose drugs that may put his health at significant risk when his body fat is too high? He didn't put on the excess weight because he wasn't using clenbuterol or albuteral. The accumulation of body fat came from poor eating choices and a lack of proper exercise. Fixing his nutrition and exercise is a safer approach and will provide sustainable results provided he stays committed to better eating and regular exercise. Your recommendations are only a temporary solution and once he discontinues the drugs, the weight gain will return if he hasn't established healthy lifestyle behaviors that will promote long term success.

    Yeah reading back on my posts I came off as a huge dick and yeah I guess it's easy to think for me that having a high BF and minimal sides everyone will be like that, speaking of which is that a rare occurrence?

    You're not out of the woods yet pitt. Sides are not only what you can feel and see in the mirror. This is why blood work is so important. It tells us everything. Without it, who knows if you're actually succeeding, but science would say that you're not healthy internally. I never gauge my success on general side effects, only by blood work.

    So if I go get bloodwork done i will know for sure, can you tell me how to go about doing that (not through my PCP) , I was going to get bloodwork do d but for some reason I just had the gear, pct, AI and needles all ready to go and I caved and just decided to throw all caution to the wind (retarded idea)
    And I know I bloated but once I upped my water intake that went down aswell

    I was in an accident and wasn't able to workout for about a year shoulda watched my diet but didn't. I was recently cleared started working out, 3 weeks in now and changed my diet dramatically. I do not plan on taking a cycle without diet and exercise I know they all go together.. Just looking to quick start something.. Had bloodworm done and physical everything is good there..
