    Legs aching chronic

My calves and hams are aching like mad and have been for a few weeks now, Iv had total rest this week and they still ache. Iv supplemented with BCAA and glutamine and for a while it eased off. I thought it was because I was on cycle and cutting and not giving my beg the energy it needs, but this week iv had a fairly balanced diet with carbs and still no let up. Any ideas ?

I was using var as it happens, 80 mg per day, until last Saturday when I got dyspepsia ( excess stomach acid) so I dropped all orals apart from fish oils vits and milk thistle, aching still a week later.

I found some taurine and have supplemented with this today along with BCAA citrulline mallate, aakg

I know when I took var it had same impact on me. I couldn't even work out so it was a self defeating compound for me and I dropped it

    No.

I had some more Taurine last night before bed and again this morning upon waking and it seems to have subsided, so either taurine has cured it or the var has decayed after a week.

It might not be the var. I know for me it was a combo of gh and var
