Lightbulb Gain weight(fat would be cool too...)

Yeah, you read right. Gaining fat may be a goal for some people...

First of all, It's probably not the best place to post that kind of question, but it is the most visited forum and I want the vet to see it.

My girlfriend is at 11.1% BF taken by BIA during the day, so probably lower at the morning...
IT'S NOT HEALTHY TO BE THAT LOW!! Pre-contest for a girl may be around 8-10%(i've been told so I may be wrong). But she is that year-long and she is not even trying... she eat ALOT of refined sugar, alot of bad fat, and cheap stuff... a normal girls would be a 250pounds fatty eating the same thing than her...

We are moving together the first july, I will help her manage her food...(she is willing too, I'm not forcing her in any way...)

she is very skinny, it's genetic, his brother is like 6 foot 115lbs, (NO JOKE). His father too and all the rest of his close relative.

Of course their is a health issue somewhere. His father have the coeliac disease. So I obviously though she was too...(she his light skinned and anemic(alot IMO)and skinny) She had BW done and it has revealed negative, however she stopped eating gluten for like 1 weeks and already she was less anemic and was feeling better. So, **** the blood test, she his coeliac.

She recently decided to take care of her health. So she will stop all gluten, diminish lactose. But she still want to take some weight( I also want that, I very love her cause she is awesome to me but would be more attractive with 10 more pounds...).

She started novaring recently(a ring that she put inside he vagina who slowly release estrogen and progesterone) because she don't handle pills. Personnally, I hate that she becomes emotional as ****... Damn estrogen!!

Of course estrogen will help her to gain some fat. But except to eat more is there any specific food who could help in that situation to help her getting some fat...

Monday morning I take her at my gym and buy her a 3month so we will train together for the summer. 5foot6-97lbs she do not have lot of LBM... and do all I can to help her continue this...(but with college, works and shit, she will have difficulty to take time to go to the gym...) But I'm there for that!!

I ordered some b12 injectable, for me. However, I was wondering if I could give her some to help with her anemia and energy? (the coeliac disease, often cause a lack of b12, his father needs to take some.)

Plus, I think she is HYPOthyroidism. (not a typo... skinny as **** and hypo...)
I'll get her pass some other BW to have that checked... tsh-t4-t3-enzyme (something else would be nice to know about that??)

When it's related to be I have no fear to try some stuff and see what happens, but with my GF I really would like to be sure... And unfortunately, the GP here have no idea of what they are talking about and are very hard to meet...

That will sound stupid because normally we are looking for the exact opposite...
Their is something who could help to gain fat... I mean good subcutaneous fat, without affecting her lipid panel in a negative way.(even if she could afford it...). Who is not estrogen related... small dose of contraceptive and she cry for nothing...(at least her boobs have got a bit bigger )

Thanks for your time... I know it do not really belong here, but I find important that the vet pass by this thread...

You keep saying girlfriend but you refer to her as a male. Anyways...

B12 doesn't hurt, but certainly get a full thyroid panel before supplementing with anything else. Unless there's some condition, I don't see why she can't gain weight. I've seen semi-anorexic girls turn into... well, I'll be nice.. became much larger. She might just be super active and expending too much daily.

She will certainly get larger breasts, that's how fat works Anyway, I think you might want to get us her current diet, full stats, etc... and have some of the pro's here critique it.

Yeah lol I maybe use his instead of her sometimes. XD
Im french so i'll make some mistake like this at some point. Anyway...

The full thyroid panel will be done hopefully soon...
She do not have a diet dialed in...but...

For her weight she eat alot. For normal people she don't... So I agree she have to increase her cals.
I was more thinking about stimulating her appetite. B12 of course and maybe something else that I dont know...

Also due to the needs to cut gluten it reduce the choice of carbs...
    Plus, she needs somethins tasty...
She dont like the food she eats, she likes the spice and sauce she put in it...(it piss me off so much...)

    But she is making progress.

    So, tasty no gluten carbs...
If you know something who fit let me know I would be happy .

Moving a lot is active. In my opinion you have 2 options:

    1. Wait for blood work to see if there is a condition that needs to be addressed.
    2. Go to the nutrition section, post her detailed diet and allow pro's to critique it.

I don't really know what answer you're looking for. I'm not going to recommend that she starts taking something to gain fat, otherwise I would have said have her slam down some Russian Bear 5000.

Yes, B12 and L-Lysine will help with appetite. I doubt it's going to fix the issue though.
