It's not worth it at your age either way. 10 lbs for potentially long term damage? No thanks, not even for 20 lbs.
Think smart. Your problem isn't lack of gear, it's your diet. Visit the nutrition section because even with a ton of gear, your gains will suffer until you fix your diet.

I don't mean to offend but I'm not worried about it if I do lol. You are too young, too small, and grossly uneducated on the subject. There is no guidelines for how much you will gain for any AAS. It is diet and training dependent. If you can't gain naturally you won't gain much usin steroids, if you do you'll likely lose most of it once you're off.
I highly suggest you read the stickeys and do some research before you decide to do anything
yea im taking novada (cant spell) but im stuck at 165 Attachment 140284this is all natural a year ago 150-165 in 3-4 months now im stuck and steroids have to get me past it

And it's Nolvadex. You're "taking it"? As PCT? Or are you attempting to use it as your AI? That's antiquated protocol that is no longer used because there are newer, safer, and better products to do the job out there.
Again. How many mg of nolva are you taking. What was your proposed weekly dosage? Pin schedule?
You seem to have your mind set on doing it no matter what we have to say yes? If so, ou must already have all of the answers. It sounds like you know better than those of us who have been doing it for longer than you've been alive.
